PRE-SALES SUPPORT ENGINEER

• Business Communication

Requirements :

• Support all pre-sales activities and work hand-in hand with the Sales Engineer in preparing quotations, tenders or proposals including demonstrations or presentations to customers.

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical & Electronic/Telecommunication/IT.

• Experience or knowledge of Information Communication Technology (ICT) is a added advantage.

• Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin

• Possess own transport and willing to travel. 

SERVICE ENGINEERS/ ASST. ENGINEERS / TECHNICIANS

• Security & Surveillance

• CITSV (PABX)

Requirements :

• To provide after sales service support including training, repair and maintenance of relevant products/system.

• Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Electronic & Electrical/Telecommunication/IT or relevant field.

• Good IT/Computer knowledge and well versed with Microsoft software.

• Good customer handling skills is required.

• Preferably with experience in electronics and basic troubleshooting on CCTV, MATV, Intercom, Lighting, AV & Broadcast system. (For security & surveillance)

• Knowledge of IT Communications is an added advantage.

• Possess own transport and willing to travel.

IMPLEMENTATION ENGINEER

• Security & Surveillance

Requirements :

• Design & Implement working systems and perform system level integration works and fault findings at site.

• IT graduate with some programming knowledge.

• Familiar with computer networking and industry communication protocols. Peripherals knowledge is an added advantage.

• Posses own transport & willing to travel.
