From our head quarter in Petaling
Jaya we have the facility to dial into the system at our customers
place for remote maintenance as well as programming. This ensures
prompt service for our customers and at the same time minimise the
down time of the system.

Equipment Trouble Shooting
O'Connor's has teams of highly
skilled Engineers and Technicians posted at six Service Support
Centres located in Petaling Jaya, Penang, Johor Bahru, Kota
Kinabalu and Kuching, offering quick turnaround repair time.
Regular local in-house training, as well as at our Principals'
factories overseas are conducted to train our service personnel to
keep abreast with the latest technology.
